Wow! We had such a good time! Over thirty wonderful young
people descended on our house last Friday night for fellowship and fun. We told
stories, watched RCV movies and set around a campfire all night… well at least
they did. I was a little under the weather with a cold so I snuck out and went
to bed.
Then we started watching RCV DVS’s. The one that won the Academy Awards was the comedy called ‘The Village Show’’.
We had plenty of time to really talk to one another. We discussed plans for the coffee house that we want to begin in the StoneHouse gathering place. We really want to reach out to Nakuru’s youth by having a place they can come and watch dramas, have an open mike night and just hang out. All the youth want to see this happen! Please pray that this will take place.
The kids spent most of the night around the campfire we made
the day before. I have no pictures of this because I was fast asleep. James on
the other hand stayed up all night and supervised the fellowship. We woke up to a wonderuful little fairy sleeping on our couch.
Next morning everyone began (without asking) to clean up everything. The boys that stayed for cleanup took down the tent that some of them slept under and the ladies who stayed in the house cleaned up everything else.
Later we had some breakfast and more fellowship. We ended by saying hello to RCV and then everyone went home.

Thanks for all your prayers and keep praying that God
continues to raise up this army of young people.
May God bless you all as He has blessed us!! David and Cynthia
